Door Frame: Formed out of 150 mm x 75
mm Red Meranti hard wood (with density of 650 kg /metre cube) section with
Promaseal LFCSK Intumescent strip to take care of Hot  smoke of size 10mm X 2mm concealed in the
groove of the frame for fire and smoke sealing mounted in the grooves of the
frame.

Intumescent Strip: For the Door Frame
2 runs of 10mm X2mm and for the Shutter 1 run of Size of 20mm X 2mm

Shutter: Laminate finished 65 mm
thick smoke check shutter of 120minutes fire rating (bare finish 54mm)
comprising of one layer of 12mm Promatect H boards (Non- combustible Matrix
engineered mineral boards) fixed on either side of treated hard wood internal
timber frame work of 100x30mm stile and the frame is divided in three equal
halves with infill of non-combustible Ceramic wool insulation of 96kg/cum 30mm
thick coated with PROMASEAL® Acrylic Sealant on both sides. Hot smoke seal
strips of size 20 mm x 2mm mounted in the grooves in the shutter on all edges
except bottom and externally lipped with teakwood / hardwood beading .Architectural
Finish – The shutter assembly to be faced with 3mm thick water proof marine ply/ HDF with 1mm laminate or 4mm thick veneer.
